To ensure a smooth transfer, please contact us in advance via email or phone to let us know your arrival time.
For safety reasons, we do not operate boat transfers after 6:00 PM.

Can I travel earlier than 9AM? What if my flight is in the morning?
Yes, early transfers can be arranged with our staff in advance. Please note that this is subject to staff availability and no earlier than 6AM.

My flight lands later than 6PM - can you arrange a boat?
Unfortunately, our last boat departs at 6 PM for safety reasons. We recommend staying overnight at a nearby hotel in Chalong and taking the transfer to the resort the following day.

Can you us pick up from another pier or beach?
Unfortunately, we only offer transfers from Chalong Bay Pier due to boat limitations. Alternatively, you can arrange a transfer to Koh Lon directly with local boat operators.
